AGYNEXA

Procurement review with the decision inputs in one place

Selecting an offer is difficult when item descriptions, measurement units, shipping, warranties, and delivery dates differ. The burden grows when supplier information, relationship history, and purchasing policy sit in different files and systems.

FIELD GUIDE / AGYNEXA

The details that turn an idea into something you can build.

From request to comparison

The system starts with requirements and terms, identifying missing data that blocks comparison. It collects offers from authorized sources and extracts items into a consistent format, retaining references to the original information.

Calculations use a defined tool and remain separate from risk assessments or judgments about suitability. Comparison covers available costs, delivery terms, warranty, and exceptions; currency, tax, or scoring rules are never assumed without organizational input.

Supplier and spending context

The project may include delivery history, contracts, approved notes, and related requests. Unusual-price detection and performance comparisons need reference data and an agreed criterion; a difference alone does not establish error or fraud.

A review file should align item descriptions, quantities, units, delivery terms and exclusions before comparing prices. Missing freight, unclear warranty coverage or a different unit belongs in the exception list. The reviewer should be able to trace each comparison field to its offer and request clarification before making a commitment.

The output for the decision owner

In a fictional example, one supplier offers a lower price with a longer lead time, while another omits warranty terms. The system presents item comparisons, sources, missing information, and decision options under the supplied requirements. A recommendation does not become a purchase order.

Selection, contracting, and issuance remain tied to their owners' authority. If approved execution is in scope, the approved version and inputs are recorded, and order creation is verified in the final system.

Exceptions designed from the start

An incomplete offer, a different measurement unit, changed terms after comparison, expired approval, or a lost response after order creation. Each has a defined path for completing inputs, renewing approval, or checking the effect before another attempt.

Acceptance criteria

Required-data completeness, extraction and calculation accuracy, traceability to sources, compliance with approval boundaries, and prevention of duplicate external actions. Domain cases are compared with human review before scope expands.
