AGYNEXA
From business intent to verified operation.
Define the result. Engineer the workflow. Evaluate what happens. Our delivery method connects process discovery, integration and acceptance testing so each increase in autonomy is supported by evidence and an accountable owner.
The details that turn an idea into something you can build.
Define the work
We review start and end points, inputs, source of truth, and decision responsibility. Recurring cases and consequential exceptions are recorded, along with what the system can propose or perform. The output is a task definition business and technical teams can discuss together.
From business ambition to an operating system
Move from an AI idea to a defined business workflow. We start with the people who own the process, the information they trust and the decisions they need to make. The engineering scope brings together architecture, knowledge, integrations and evaluation, with a staged route from a bounded pilot to wider operation.
Assess data and systems
We review sources, versions, rights to use them, identity, integration interfaces, and processing location. This establishes what needs preparation, what can be tested with a bounded sample, and what stays outside scope.
Build a bounded pilot
The first path covers the core task and selected incomplete-input and failure cases. Outputs are compared with reference cases. A plausible answer alone does not authorize external execution.
Evaluate with process owners
We review source correctness, calculations, decisions, and output completeness. Testing includes ambiguous requests, changed information, tool failure, and unauthorized access. Results determine what needs repair and what can proceed to limited operation.
Introduce operation gradually
A system may start in reading or drafting mode, then perform approved actions, then bounded autonomous actions where evaluation and policy support them. Conditions for suspension or returning to human review and exception ownership are defined.
Acceptance uses examples of normal work and difficult cases: missing data, conflicting sources, denied access, changed approvals and interrupted connections. Record the expected result before running the case. Review the evidence with the process owner, then decide whether to release, narrow the scope or correct a specific failure.
Deliver for use and further development
Agreed scope includes workflow definitions, integrations, tests, operating guidance, and maintenance responsibilities. Changes to knowledge, models, and tools follow versioned evaluation so an improvement in one area does not regress another task.
